Offer & Duration Hey Harper is giving away 800 pairs of Dazzling Long Earrings at no product charge. Participants pay mandatory postage charges reflecting genuine delivery costs, disclosed in GBP before checkout, together with any legally applicable taxes or duties. No additional purchase is required. The promotion begins October 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM British Summer Time (BST) and ends October 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM BST, or when all 800 pairs are claimed, whichever occurs first. First come, first served, while supplies last. No drawing or chance-based selection. 3. Claims & Availability Submitting an email address or uploading a photograph does not guarantee availability. A pair is reserved only upon successful checkout, payment, and verification of inventory and eligibility. Hey Harper will take reasonable steps to ensure the advertised allocation is available, communicate promptly if stock becomes unavailable, and stop accepting claims when inventory is exhausted. Duplicate, fraudulent, or ineligible claims may be rejected. Payments for unfulfilled orders will be refunded. 4. Returns & Warranty No discretionary returns or exchanges. Nothing in these Rules limits any applicable statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Hey Harper's Lifetime Color Warranty applies according to its terms. 5. Photos & Privacy Photo submissions are optional. By separately accepting the Photo Submission Terms, participants grant Hey Harper a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, edit, publish, and use their submissions across its website, social media, and advertising, including paid media, without compensation. Participants confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions. Hey Harper may reject or remove submissions at its discretion. Personal data is processed in accordance with Hey Harper's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law for campaign administration, order fulfilment, fraud prevention, and related communications. Marketing consent is optional and separate from participation. 6. General Conditions The promotion will be administered fairly in accordance with applicable UK law and the CAP Code.
