We are looking for a high-execution Senior Paid Social Manager to own the primary growth engine for our global DTC operations. You will be responsible for the strategic deployment and scaling of 7-figure budgets, primarily focused on Meta, while ensuring our paid efforts are harmonized with the entire customer journey.




Key areas of your role



Scaling Meta & performance expertise (70%)


– Direct Campaign Management: Full ownership of campaign architecture for both core brand and influencer-led initiatives


– Scalable Infrastructure: Design, test, and refine account structures (e.g., CBO/Advantage+, Cost Caps, tROAS) capable of maintaining efficiency during aggressive scaling


– Budget & Pacing: Manage daily budget targets with precision, ensuring we hit CAC/ROAS goals across various global clusters


– Creative Strategy: Partner closely with the Performance Creative Lead to brief, test, and iterate on high-converting assets based on data-driven hooks and performance metrics


– Full-Funnel Reporting: Deliver granular performance insights, moving beyond surface-level metrics to explain the why behind the numbers



Marketing mix & growth optimization (30%)


Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with other paid media operators to align on experimentation frameworks and unified budget guidelines


Conversion Rate Optimization: Work with the Growth Lead to deploy and analyze landing page tests and funnel variations to shorten the path to purchase


Technical Infrastructure: Act as the technical point of contact for tracking, event prioritization, and attribution modeling to ensure data integrity



Job requirements


What you bring (Mandatory)


– 5+ years in Paid Media/Performance Marketing with a heavy focus on high-spend environments


– Proven track record of directly managing 6-digit monthly budgets on Meta


– Deep experience within the E-commerce/DTC space. You understand the nuances of inventory, seasonal peaks, and customer LTV


– Hands-on experience scaling in Tier 1 markets, specifically the US or UK


– You have a growth mindset but remain skeptical of "vanity metrics." You understand attribution deeply and know how to look past platform-reported ROAS to find true business impact


– You live and breathe Ecommerce. You stay up-to-date on the latest tools, apps and industry trends



What success looks like


Within 30 Days: You have audited the current account structure, identified immediate "low-hanging fruit" for efficiency, and established a workflow with the Creative team


Within 90 Days: You have successfully scaled spend in a core market while maintaining target efficiency and have initiated your first cross-functional funnel experiment


Long-term: You are the go-to authority on Meta's evolving algorithm, consistently identifying the next "winning" cluster or creative format before it becomes industry standard
